Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Weekend and holiday orders are processed the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees depend on product weight, location, and offers. Total charges will be shown during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, tracking details will be sent via SMS/email with courier partner information.

5. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners usually make up to 3 attempts before returning the package to us.

6. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

Zupeemart India is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or missing components, you must report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

8. Service Availability

We currently offer shipping only within India.


Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

– Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch.
– Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
– Refund for prepaid cancellations will be initiated within normal processing timelines.

2. Cancellation by Zupeemart India

Your order may be cancelled by us for reasons like:

  • Product out of stock
  • Payment failure or verification issues
  • Invalid shipping address
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

3. Return & Replacement Policy

Returns are accepted only if:
– Product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
– Issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

4. Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Personal care & hygiene products
  • Grocery / consumables
  • Used or opened items
  • Customized or specially ordered items

5. Refund Process

– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
– Processing time: 3–7 business days after approval.
– COD refunds will be provided via bank transfer or wallet credit.

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or defective products and depend on stock availability.

7. Claims for Missing / Damaged Items

You must provide clear images/videos of the packaging and product within 48 hours to qualify for a replacement or refund.
