At Zupeemart India, we value your trust and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a product, you may request a return or replacement under the terms mentioned below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for a free replacement or full refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Personal care, hygiene, and perishable products.
- Items sold under clearance, “final sale,” or customized products.
4. Return Process
- Log in to your account and go to My Orders.
- Select the product and click on Request Return.
- Our team will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return shipment.
5. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
